This is the loud run, not the Moon run
This is the loud route on Builds. Extra ropes, fire, speed, bounce, air tricks. That’s the look the store sells. A Moon climb wants the opposite.
Score uses some of the same late cards. Difference is intent. Here we take the loud pick even when the quiet one would score more.
- Fire and extra ropes are the look.
- Bounce, air tricks and charge are extras, not the engine.
- Don’t use this order if we actually want the Moon.
Get a clean jump first
We still need a jump we can read. Take Jump Height and Reinforce before crowding the park. First rope still a mystery? Start there.
An extra rope is not free spectacle. It changes the whole pattern.
- Height and a shield first.
- Shield new ropes.
- Don’t take rope count and speed back to back.
Add ropes when you can still see the gap
Take Add Jump Rope once several passes fit in one jump. Watch a full rotation before panicking. There’s usually one gap where a single skip clears several.
If shields fall behind, take protection over another rope. Quantity without shields is how it falls apart.
- Read the whole spacing, not the nearest strand.
- Protect or replace losses before adding another.
- If the gap disappears, stop scaling.
Fire is the show — and it can end the run
Ignite is why this run looks like the store. Official shots show a fire multiplier. Score routing still puts fire last, because a burning unprotected rope is a short show.
Take it when losing a rope is easy. Stop adding fire when we can’t see the gap anymore.
- Fire after we can still read the pattern.
- Keep a shield available.
- Extinguish undoes a rope that got too hot.
Speed and tricks come after we can still read it
Rope Speed makes the same pattern harder. Bounce, Air Tricks and Charge Jump change how a skip feels. They’re extras, not a replacement for height.
Change one at a time. Two rhythm cards in a row is how we lose the gap we just learned.
- Speed one step at a time.
- Tricks after the ropes are already a show.
- If the landing goes blind, stop adding stuff.
Want the Moon? Switch routes.
The Moon route uses fewer ropes and skips fire. If Super Rocket Shoes is the point, switch on Builds and read how we get there.
If we still want the counter more than the mess, the score guide delays the same loud cards until the fuel loop repeats.
- Moon: fewer ropes, no fire.
- Score: same loud cards, later.
- Spectacle: take the loud pick on purpose.
When the show gets too hard to follow
A flashy offer is not an obligation. If the next card is not a rope, fire or trick, keep skipping with the pattern you can already follow. The route works as a goal for the run, not a guarantee about which three cards appear.
If an added rope removes the gap you were using, do not add speed on the next pause. Relearn one full turn, reinforce what remains, or let the run become a quieter practice attempt. If fire hides the crossing you watch, stop adding effects until you can see the rope again.
- No show card offered: keep the readable stack.
- Lost the gap: pause rope-count and speed picks.
- Visual effects hide the rope: choose clarity over another multiplier.
